Mark Prisk MP - Former Minister of State for Business & Enterprise.
"We want to grow the next generation of Entrepreneurs by ensuring that young people get hands-on experience of enterprise at school and college. That is why we have approved the new 'Understanding & Exploring Entrepreneurship' qualification for 16 to 18 year olds across the country.
I thank the team at YES Education for developing this programme which will provide young people with valuable enterprise knowledge and experience that could help them set up a business in the future".
Many young people aspire to be successful, to lead fulfilling lives and one day be the next Sir Richard Branson or whoever their idol is but they don’t know how to do it or where to start! Until now!
YES Education (YES) works with schools, colleges and universities with The 12 Steps to Success Programme and the YES Network to create sustainability for entrepreneurship. YES also works with Councils and Youth Groups and provides 5 day Business Courses featuring The 12 Steps which is delivered by YES Business Coaches in a fun, interactive and action packed environment.
The 12 Steps to Success Programme is suitable for young people between the age of 16 and 24 and teaches entrepreneurial and life skills. The programme can be considered as an induction course to entrepreneurship specifically designed for young people. The ultimate aim of the programme is to CREATE REAL BUSINESSES!

Channel 4 News, April 5th 2012 - Carly Ward is interviewed with Ultimo Founder, Michelle Mone on careers advice for entrepreneurs
In the current economic climate of there being few jobs, entrepreneurship is for many, becoming a real option for career planning and perhaps for some, the only option. It is vital that all students are aware that starting a business is possible and The 12 Steps to Success shows them how to do it. The personal development content includes confidence building, handling rejection, goal setting and finding your life purpose. The 12 Steps has been designed by a young entrepreneur for young entrepreneurs and each step takes between one hour to one and a half hours to complete.

Harry Sassoon from Reading took The 12 Steps and wants to start a business in the near future. In the meantime, The 12 Steps gave him the confidence to find a great job!
"I still remember what happened a year ago like it was yesterday - a week before starting my IT Apprenticeship. It was the perfect motivation boost and I do not think I could have done anything better that week. Going to 2 job interviews after learning about risks turning down the first job in the hope of being offered the second one which I thought would have a better future - and it has - I got the second job. I would like to thank you all for giving me the courage to turn down the first job, it was the best decision I made in my life last year."
Harry has progressed to the YES Network and is in his second year with YES and attends all the meetings in London.
Please see the video clip below with Carly Ward, CEO and Founder of YES on why she chose to start a business and not to go to University:

For multiple members of the programme within UK counties (at least 10 education centres per county) YES can organise an annual Masterclass event. YES staged an event in Buckinghamshire, named Bucks Future Leaders Bootcamp in November 2010 when YES invited YES Mentor, Levi Roots of Reggae Reggae sauce fame to thrill and entertain over 200 students from over 13 schools in the county. YES also had other top entrepreneurs and experts to entertain and inspire the students. Please watch this short video below:
